General Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is a general policy and does not override the refund or cancellation policy on the page for a specific product, software, or service. Please view the sales pages for each product, software, or service for their respective policies. 

For Digital Products

Any digital product that only have recordings available to you such as a course or membership these pre-recorded products are subject to a 100% refund in the first 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

For live courses that also include a recording, there are no refunds unless requested prior to the start of the event.

For Physical Products

This includes any product that was shipped to an address, including but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, wall art, etc. Product must be returned to the address listed on the return label prior to a refund being issued. If no address can be found or read the please contact us to find out where to ship the product.

  • No refunds will be given if a product is not returned.
  • For any products that are returned that are damaged and cannot be sold again an in-store credit will be given in lew of a refund.
  • A full refund will be given if the products are returned in the first 14-day after it is delivered.  No refunds are given after 14 days of delivery.

For Software Products

Any software purchased from us will have a 30 day refund period so that you will be able to use the software and determine if the software is good for you. A full refund will be given if requested during the first 30 days after purchase. No refunds or partial refunds will be given after the initial 30 days. A software subscription can be cancelled at any time. Access and use of the software will be granted until the end of the billing period. 

For Services

Any service offered by us has a limited refund & cancellation policy. Full refunds are only available if work has not be started on your project. Once work has commenced you can get a partial refund of 50% if cancelled within the first 7 days of payment. After 7 days no refunds will be given. For services that are contacted for specific terms, a 2 week notice in writing must be given to cancel without penalty. The penalty for canceling without the appropriate prior notice is 50% of the fee for the term period.

For All Products & Services 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for poor or harassing behavior on your part whether in private via email, chat, phone or in public via social media platforms or situations outside of the direct parties involved such as networking events, news outlets, etc.
